The reality of the body is hunger, thirst
The reality of the mind is sorrow, passion
The reality of the world is gaining and losing
The fact of nature is immutable and subject to change.

Tattva means reality
Realism is the realization of what is meant, the realization of what is not meant. It is a red state of what is available to your decision, thoughts, will and investigation.
Mind is the shield against pride
Chitta is the shield of intellect
The mind is the shield of the will
The sense organs are the shield of the mind
The sensory organs are protective shields for the sense organs
Desire is a protective shield for the senses
This world is the shield of desire
You have to break all these.
If your body trusts you, it will be easier for you to practice
Learning is easy if your mind trusts you
Study is easy for you if your will believes in you
Sadhana is easy for you if your mind believes in you
All the sacrifices on this earth are easy for you if your ego believes in you.
Fear comes when your body doesn’t trust you
Suffering means that your mind does not trust you
Sadness comes when your will does not trust you.
Doubt means your mind doesn’t trust you.
When you feel restless, your pride does not trust you.
Your senses attack you because you are not honest.
Keep your word and karmandriyas will come under your control.
Stick to your thoughts and the senses will come under your control. Stick to your decision and things will come under your control. Stick to your will and goal and your whole life will come under your control. Stick to one truth and your existence, origin and existence will come under your control.
If you are righteous, you will overcome fear
If you are fair you will be out of pain
If you are virtuous you will come out of sorrow
If you are truthful you will come out of doubt.
If you are honest you will come out of violence.
If you are a witness, you will come out of yourself.
If you conquer yourself, you will conquer the universe.
Oneness is the ethos for karmandriyas
Oneness is justice for the senses
Anta:karanas oneness is Dharma
Oneness is true for the Shatchakras and Panchakoshalas
Oneness of your life is honesty

Sthambana means ignorance
If the reasoning faculty is stopped, the whole mind becomes paralyzed and goes into ignorance.
Belief is the irrational state
In order to get out of stagnation, one must have a desire for truth.
Be curious about logic.
If there is innocence in you, it is not possible to stop your mind.
2) Bonding
Bandhana means affection
Bound by desires.
If lust arises, you are bound
Lust begins with a joke.
To get out of bondage one must be pure.
To maintain chastity one must be disciplined, one must have respect and one must speak with value.
Self-criticism breaks the bond.
3) Hatred
Hate is affection
To overcome hatred one must be patient and helpful.
Favor should be replaced by blessing.
4) Expression
Uchchatana means foolishness
Uchchatana means severing the bond completely
Uchchatana means to let go
Uchchatana is because of greed
Conquering Uchchatana requires interdependence.
5) Death
Everything that comes from the body has death.
Religion causes death.
You can conquer death by silence
Arguments lead to self-destruction.
By being content, by being alone and silent, we can conquer death.
6) Peace
Any process we do for ourselves is a process of peace
Where you are at peace, you will have a special identity.
Those in whom there is art are at peace.
7) Retreat
Bitter experiences precede regression
Behind the retreat lies a hell of memories
They are always worried
Lack of practice leads to anxiety.
Having a plan and foresight helps us overcome setbacks.
8) Attraction
Bonding precedes attraction.
Behind the attraction lies a sense of insecurity.
Conquering attraction is daily life
9) Witchcraft
Before hypnosis there are weights.
Behind vashikaran lies fame and power.
