What Mudras and Meditation will do?
Meditations and Mudras give us peace of mind, knowledge, understanding, balance and equality. It will motivate us to understand and bestows the awareness to rejoicing in total.
When we put mudra, the environment of our body and mind will change. It will create positive energy. Once the positive energy is created, all the deeds like our work, duty, responsibility etc. which we have to do will unite with our memory and incarnate as knowledge. It helps us to move forward with happiness.
We can understand the philosophy of mudra in such a way that includes the environment of the positive energy of the below four
1. Body
2. Mind
3. Surroundings
4. The one we love and
5. The one who loves us.
When we put mudra, we will get the blessings of the positive centres of our body, mind, the environment and nature around us, the one who loves us and the one whom we love. Whenever we need anything, we have to connect with the positive energy around us and should move forward.
The mudra which I am going to give will work wonderfully. First, you have to understand the essence of your five fingers.
Thumb – Represents fire, Heat will generate when you press your thumb finger.
Index Finger – Air
Middle Finger – Sky
Ring Finger – Earth
Little finger – Water
The oxygen levels and nervous system will be work fine when these five elements are balanced. Your thoughts, words and actions will be powerful when there is sufficient oxygen level.
By putting this mudra, we are balancing our body. We are giving sufficient oxygen to our brain to enkindle our intellectual development.
Our left fingertip should be put on the right fingertip as shown below.
Close your armpits by putting your backbone straight. Raise head slightly up. You should concentrate on the middle of your eyebrows. When you concentrate on the middle of your eyebrows you will get balance, independence, equality and knowledge
Close your eyes peacefully, keep a smile on your face. inhale a deep breath, hold the breathe and exhale the breath completely. continue this for some time…..
Remember your smile, remember between two eyebrows. You should observe yourself with a smile. Observe your body from top to bottom and bottom to top. Observe yourself in 360 degrees with a smile.
Now inhale deeply and chant
