I AUYSA Workshop was conducted by Jaimahavibhoshri on 18/12/2012. In this workshop master discussed Chakras. Every Human body is made up of seven chakras. These chakras are common to everyone. There is no difference between two persons in relation to these chakras the difference between them arises in keeping these chakras active. These chakras are the life to the individual, without this there is no life to the individual. So there is a necessity to know about these chakras how they function, how to keep them active, and how to protect them from getting blocked. The following are the seven chakras in the human body MOOLADHARA SWADHISTANA MANIPURA ANAHATA VISUDHI AGNEYA SAHASRARA 1.MOOLADHARA(Adrenal gland) This chakra is also called the Root chakra. In Sanskrit it is called as Sthiraha that is which balances the human body with this earth. This is the mother of the memory system. If Mooladhara chakra becomes active then memory power increases tremendously. An increase in memory power develops logic, creativity, concentration, understanding, and interest.
If you have less interest you will be less energetic, less energy means less active, less active means fewer desires, fewer desires means no plans, no plans means no goals, and no goals means no life. There will be no life if memory is not in your hands. In this way, this chakra affects life. Mooladhara chakra works wonderfully from 6 AM to 7 AM.So do hard work for yourself during this period, plan yourself, and spend with yourself. This chakra plans your entire life. The following are the six elements covered under this chakra. Does memory one get control over this Logic by keeping this chakra active Concentration Hardworking Planning Punctuality How to activate this chakra? Food habits: Mooladhara gets activated by taking milk, curd, ghee, honey, sweets, and fruits. Activities By doing this activity Mooladhara gets active See your face in the mirror when you wake up See your master’s photo (Srimurthi) Forgive everyone this heals the chakra. What makes this chakra block? 3 things make this chakra block. They are Speaking untruth Commenting on others’ fault and proving it to be correct. SWADHISHTANA (Para Adrenal gland) Swadhishtana chakra is also called knowledge chakra. It is the mother of knowledge. Our span of life and immunity power will be decided by this chakra. If this chakra weakens, one thought power will be affected. This leads to wrong decisions, wrong society, wrong friends, wrong habits, and wrong steps. By this, you go far from your life. Habits get created by this chakra only. This chakra starts awakening from age 14 and it will be active from 7 AM to 11 AM. Our mind will be chosen by Swadhishtana. There are 6 elements related to this chakra. Imagination Projection Ideas Analysis Searching Information or knowledge. How to activate this chakra? There are 3 principles to activate this chakra. They are Love yourself Like yourself Value yourself These are called self-empowerment centers. By this, you get control over your thoughts. Swadhishtana is a water element, so drink at least 4 liters of water per day to keep it active. Just accept every this heals the chakra. What makes this chakra block? 3 Things make this chakra block. They are Imitation. Domination. Gaining others unnecessary knowledge. 3. Manipura (Pancreas gland) Manipura chakra is called the Mother of Individuality. This chakra gives us intellect. This chakra will be active from 11 AM to 4 PM. The following are the six elements related to Manipura. Self-confidence Self-courage Self-respect Self-planning Self-goal Self-privacy How to activate this chakra? To activate this chakra one should be egoistic, proud, and selfish towards himself. These act as self-protection oneself. Respecting everyone heals this chakra. Food habits: Curd rice, Homemade or self-made food is the best one. Having outside food blocks this chakra. What makes this chakra block? 3 Things make this chakra block. They are Illegal relationships Illegal money or financial transactions Causing harm to someone’s life.
